I got a sure fire way for you to level up faster and make the most money out of every match , so you can buy all those cool perks and weapons. If you would kindly follow these steps: 1st. Join a social club. Seriously, go to Rock Star Social Club dot com and sign up. Link the e-mail you use to sign into your Xbox or PS3. This will give you the access to crews in the game which are like clans. Make a crew with your buddies or strangers. I got 1 random invite as soon as I linked my account and you will be able to get xp bonuses for playing in a party with your crew. The next thing you must do is try to get as much bang for your bullet, so choose the Trigger Happy burst ability and click the right stick in when you have it in either level 1 or 2. This will make your bullets stronger and even refill your ammo clip if you are low on ammo. Use this burst ability to maxamize your kills. The next thing you must choose is the Bounty Orders. You will find Bounty Orders under the item slot heading. Bounty Orders will allow you to make as much money per match without having to loot. Ofcoarse, loot when you can to maximize money. Well this is all the help I can offer you to get you started and rising to the top.
Disclaimer: There are many burst that you can use. Use the one that helps you get the most kills.Trigger Happy works for me. Also, Vendettas get as many as you can as they give you alot of xp and some money. Gang Wars is a great game mode to gain lots of xp and money. It doesn't hurt that it is a fun game mode to play.
